On Sunday, my Daisy Troop was in the town parade…it is the Biggest Christmas parade in Michigan and was even on tv! Six of my 8 girls were in the parade and they were such trooper. It was so cold, it was snowing and we had to stand outside for several hours….two hours before the parade started and then during the parade. Most of them (including myself) got windburn on our cheeks but they still were excited to be there. The only crappy part was that the weren’t seen on tv – the news people were talking so much of the parade and they really didn’t tape much of the parade itself.
